please read pochamani. its a shoujo manga with a fat female protag (and so far the only one that ive found) also, the whole manga doesnt revolve around the protag trying to lose weight and the love interest isnt just there to make the female protag valid, she actually has her ow strength too. i havet caught up yet so all i have to say is subject to change but so far wow its really good and it makes me really happy
And if you’re trying to accurately convey, say, the sizes of characters standing next to each other in art where you know their heights but are having a bit of difficulty visualising it confidently, or if you’d like to know how tall a Jaeger actually is compared to its pilots, for example, it’s incredibly helpful.
The best part is that if you click the link for advanced mode, you can add your own pictures to make it even easier! Pop in the URL for each image and the dimensions you need for each one, and it’ll scale them up or down next to each other for you, like this:
In this example I took the lengths of Saronja and little baby Gat from their profiles and put them in to see how big they are side by side, because I’m going to be drawing these guys in a moment and I’m too fuzzyheaded to get this shit right by myself. Now it’s easy to see what I’m supposed to be doing!
Isn’t that great?
I’m tagging this #flight rising so that my other dragon game buddies can get a kick out of seeing their dragons next to each other at their actual sizes. Have fun, guys!
have you ever had a weird sort of crush on one of your friends where you cant actually tell if its a crush or not??? do i want to kiss you?? do i just really enjoy being your friend????? who knows? not me
a boy and a girl are sitting together on a bench after a romantic date. “can i kiss you?” the boy says. the girl nods and the boy pulls out black and white face paint and starts putting it on her face. “you’re going to be gene simmons” he whispers.
Could you do a small eye tutorial? I absolutely love the way you draw eyes and expressions and I've always found it hard to draw eyes correctly! I love you art by the way :)
Ah, I’m poop at explanations. Also please don’t take this as something to live by, but how I do things. Studying real eyes would be a good place to start if any of this confuses you, but it should be SUUUPER simple!
1) Think of the eye like a circle(cause it is!) and just remember it that way when you apply them to faces.
2) draw the lids, because this is pretty much how they sit on eyes. They can be different sizes and lengths, so it varies from person to person. But we’re not there yet!
3) Draw in the other features, erase some details, and eyes!
4) Then color it in how you like, remember where light hits and all that, don’t be a scrub like me, blah blah. And there you have it, eyes!
And remember, you can play around with shapes! Not everyone has the same exact eye, so change it up a little~ They don’t have to be perfect, but that will give you characters, well, character! Hope that helps~
